Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

Yojika is downloadable software sold by Yojika Systems Private Limited. This policy explains how and when what you paid for reaches you. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The short version: nothing is physically shipped. When your payment is confirmed, your licence key is generated automatically and emailed to you — normally within a few minutes — and it also appears in your account on yojika.com. The app itself is a free download; the licence key is what you are buying.

1. Digital delivery only

Yojika is delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment, no courier, no tracking number and no delivery address to supply. We do not ship CDs, USB drives, printed manuals or any other goods.

2. What you receive

  • A licence key for the plan you bought, emailed to the address you used at checkout. Entering this key in the app activates your licence.
  • A payment receipt from our payment provider, Razorpay, for the amount charged.
  • The app itself — the Windows installer and public Google Play link for Android are on our download page. You do not need to have paid to download or trial the app.

3. When it arrives

  • Licence key — usually within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Key generation is automatic and starts the moment Razorpay confirms your payment.
  • Our commitment — within 24 hours. If a bank or UPI confirmation is delayed, or an email is slow to be delivered, we settle it manually. If your key has not reached you within one business day of a successful payment, contact us (section 4) and we will issue it or refund you in full.
  • View your purchase later. You do not need to log in to buy. After payment confirmation and licence issuance, sign in at your account with the email you paid with to see your key, tax invoice and any processed refunds.

4. If your licence key does not arrive

Please try these, in order:

  • Check the spam, promotions and junk folders for the address you used at checkout.
  • Sign in at your account — the key is displayed there regardless of email delivery.
  • Still missing? Email support@yojika.com or call +91 81485 70726 with your payment reference (the Razorpay order or payment ID from your receipt) and the email you paid with. We aim to reply within one business day and will re-send or re-issue the key.

If we cannot deliver a working licence key at all, you are entitled to a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Delivery charges

None. There are no shipping, handling or delivery charges of any kind. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable, in Indian Rupees (INR).

6. Where we deliver

Yojika is built for Indian small businesses and is sold and billed in Indian Rupees. Because delivery is electronic, your location does not change how or when your licence key arrives — it is emailed to you wherever you are.

7. Installing after delivery

Yojika is offline-first: it needs an internet connection once, to activate your licence, and then runs entirely offline. Installation instructions are on the download page, and the user guide walks through first-run setup. Our support team will help you install and activate at no extra cost.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do.
